After the frustration I stepped back and took some time and came back to it again. I must say this paper is probably one that has given me the most problems in a very long time. Nothing seemed to go right and nothing seemed to make sense. I am so passionate about this subject because not only is it my future career, it is also a subject that I am learn along the way as well because I am horrible at reading and always have been. I'm looking forward to getting the professors feedback on this paper to see what I can do better because I do need to practice for the future assignments to come.

Week Eight
Doing the literature review this week I felt like it was the hardest assignment yet, which it should be because it is the signature assignment. I went through the notes and watched the videos and I still did not know what approach to take to the assignment. After days of brainstorming and a whole lot of scribbling I decided to take more of the approach that the video showed of the three concepts. I was able to break my sources down into the three concepts and I felt it flowed quite well. When I first started the assignment it started out easy, the words were just coming out, but then I felt like I was getting repetitive, and then the frustration started coming.

Don't feel too bad, this was a very hard assignment. I found myself repeating myself many time through the paper. I did the same thing as the video said, I broke my paper down into three categories but I was still tripping over myself. I'm already in the work force well into my career and my topic has already been assessed within my department through brainstorming and community support. I felt like a lot of what I wanted to say I already knew, but I had to find other sources to back my thoughts. Then I had to but it down on paper, I work better in person rather than on paper... Keep up the good work I think we will all figure it out some day..
